Our staff are highly qualified and skilled, some having spent more years than they can care to remember within the childcare profession. Our manager is a qualified and experienced early years teacher and we also have an in-house NVQ child care assessor as a full time member of our team, ensuring quality and up to date training for all our staff. Staffing is always equal to and often exceeds national government adult/child ratios.
