We are delighted to be able to confirm that Phoenix Holiday Club will be open and ready for the Summer Holidays!

Summer Holiday Club for children aged 4-10 Years will begin this year on Monday 20th July 2009 and end on Friday 4th September 2009. We have a range of activities and trips already planned as you will see on the calendar. In addition to these activities, there will be on going daily activities, including various sports, arts and crafts, role play, cooking, IT and much, much more for children to be involved in!

We are able to offer the choice for children bring their own lunch, or provide a hot meal for a small extra cost. A menu plan has been included for you to see the range of meals that we offer.

There will be some sessions that require a supplement fee. These are activity days where trips are taking place or we have a specialist visitor coming in. If any of these days are booked the supplement will be added to your invoice.

Although every effort will be made to keep to the planned activities there may be times where activities will need to be changed. If this is likely to happen we will try to inform parents as soon as possible and any supplements will be refunded.

To make a provisional booking, please download the Booking Form. Please complete the form for the required days using the codes shown on the price list. Once you have decided on your chosen sessions please return the form along with the registration form and full payment ASAP!

There are limited spaces and bookings are subject to availability at that time. You will then be sent a letter to confirm booking and payment.
